Lost or Stolen Packages

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used cupping devices cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we will arrange it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
